Bonded asbestos-era sheeting, chemicals, paint, gas bottles and clinical waste are regulated streams that belong with licensed specialists, and we'll say so rather than quietly leave them on your hands. Everything else in a normal renovation, tenancy or household is our ordinary day: we sort the load and regulated materials like e-waste and mattresses go to the facilities licensed to take them.
