The fine print
Terms and disclaimer
Plain-language terms for using this website. Nothing here tries to be clever.
Guides and tools are guidance, not quotes
The guides, the Building Run planner and everything else on this site are general information for Double Bay and the surrounding eastern suburbs, written carefully but generally. They aren't quotes, legal advice, strata advice or safety advice for your specific situation. A real price for a real job only ever comes from us directly, fixed and in writing, after we've seen or discussed the actual load and building. Strata rules are your scheme's own; the law is the regulator's; where we cite either, the linked source is the authority, not us.
Third-party schemes change
Council services, government schemes and regulations described on this site (like Woollahra's scheduled clean-up) belong to the bodies that run them and change on their schedule, not ours. We keep the guides honest to their sources and date them where it matters, but check the linked primary source before you act on a date, a cap or a rule.
Images
Some images on this site are illustrative, including stock and generated imagery. They show how we work; they aren't photographs of specific past jobs or specific local premises unless a caption says otherwise.
Doing business with us
Every job runs on the arrangement we agree with you before it starts: the scope, the fixed price, and the day. Australian Consumer Law applies to our services and nothing on this site limits it; where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins (as it should).
This website
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as-is; outbound links are provided in good faith without endorsement of every word at the destination. If something on this site looks wrong, tell us through the enquiry form and we'll fix it.
